Privacy Policy

Account data: your email address, used to create and verify your account with a one-time code.

Listing content: the pitch, skills, details, and links you choose to publish. This content is public by design. It is displayed to all visitors.

Payment data: bid amounts and payment timestamps. Card details are collected and processed by Stripe directly; we never receive or store your full card number.

Technical data: IP address, browser information, and usage logs collected by our hosting and infrastructure providers for security and operation of the site.

To operate the Service: authenticate you, display your listing, calculate leaderboard rankings, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support requests, and meet our legal obligations (including tax and accounting).

We do not sell personal information.

Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (database, authentication, and email delivery of verification codes), and Vercel (hosting). These providers may store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure they handle data consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted, and payment card data never touches our servers. We retain account and payment records for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes, then delete or de-identify them.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information, or deletion of your account and listings, by contacting us. Note that bid records may be retained where required for financial record-keeping. If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first; if unresolved, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

We use essential cookies only: authentication session cookies set when you sign in. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
